We get so much excited of Friday to come aren't we? Depending on the situation you're in, but mostly of regular workers, Friday is the day.

When I was still schooling, it's the Friday that I miss so much, it's the ring of the bell that makes me excited. When I was still an employee it's the Friday that I am waiting to come. It is simply the end of the week or a paycheck. Uttered once in a while is "Thank God It's Friday.." It's not the Friday obviously, it is so, because it's the last day before Saturday. Sometimes I think Saturday, Sunday and holidays are the most beautiful days to me. Actually they're not. It's just that weekend is where you really have the freedom to do things of your own, "sometimes". Only then I realized that it was freedom of time that I am longing. If only I could make all days a holiday, right? To do things out of worries. To some it's not a productive days, because a regular employee does not make money from it. To some ordinary worker, it's a laundry day, cleaning your room or your house, go out with your friends, finished the unfinished work. Saturday which is supposed to be relaxing became a rush. Not until I understand, that it is just designed for you stop for a while, so when Monday come, you are again ready to face your real life. When the clock hits 6:00am on Monday, you are rushing. And when the clock ticks 12:00 noon, it's time to stop on what you are doing, to eat your lunch. 1:00pm starts and end at 5:00pm.

At home you bring the unfinished work. Does your home became your company external office. And there's nothing wrong with that, It has been your choice. And when Friday is near again, "Thank God It's Friday.." Saturday is the time to stop and relax, hence the saying Saturday Night. Even your alarm clock has to rest on that day. Some people don't even realized that. 

Is that your Monday to Sunday routine? For the next 40 years of your life? Your work becomes your life isn't it? Until one day, you are too old to fit with your work and the time to retire is coming near and there's nothing really wrong with that. 90 percent of the people are in that same situation in life, and for same reason and common philosophy of life you are also "in" there. That's the "simplest way" of making a living for you. The saddest truth about that is in the end of the day, you are still broke and worried that one day you will stop working, your income will also stop but your expenses do not.

To me, that is not freedom. Not even a better way to live a life or a dream.

So if you want changes right now, change what you are doing.

Just after I finished my studies in College, I could still remember how eager I am to find a job. I am so excited to apply my profession in real life. The expectations of my friends and peers to me are so high. I have to find one to impress them too, aside from earning money for a living. I have fear that if I could not find one, they would perceive me a lazy, or incapable. Sometimes, I've heard from some of friends and family, "go find a job, even not inline with your profession. Just gain experience.." So did I. Fortunately I did find a not so good job quite inline with my profession, to gain that experience, and oh yeah... I really gain experience, but I didn't gain a good living. To be honest, I feel like there's a rope in my neck, a chain in my hand, while being pulled by someone wherever he wanted me to go, telling me what to do, telling me an exact time to eat, when I was still employed.

For five and a half years, I dedicated my life to a job I do not really enjoy. Besides, the life I am dreaming of have cost I could not afford. I know I have the choice, but I do not know what to do. I am tied to what other people may think about me. I am afraid of people seeing me having no job. I am sure there are some people who think and feel the way I do, and because of that, we are not used to be jobless, so we keep on looking for job after another, if we do not like the last one; this becoming normal to some people. 

Not until I was introduced into business. Business comes to me before and it is appealing, but I do not have the enough capital and experience to do it. I have very very limited knowledge about it, until such time that I have learned that there are four source of income; 

1. To become an employee. 
   
2. To become self-employed. 
   
3. To become a Business Owner or a businessman. 
   
4. To become an investor.
   

Now I feel I have another option. Thereon, I choose to travel the road less traveled of. I go out from the norms. I choose to do business instead. Right now  I have time freedom, I am the boss, I can experiment, I can choose the market, I can choose the products, unlimited income, I can almost do anything. I cannot put limits into it, far better than where I have been before as an employee. I found out that it is really not easy, but I realized this is the only way I could do things my own, the freedom I am dreaming of and the realization of my dreams.

Thanks to the books and personalities that inspires me, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cashflow Quadrant, Chinkee Tan and many more. I was opened to a new door of opportunity, and most of all I am forever grateful to the person who introduced me to Alliance In Motion Global where it all started.

Lately, I enjoyed watching over and over again the training videos from one of our trainor/mentor at AIM Global Mr. Jurgen Gonzales. He said, you can get your dreams with this opportunity in AIM Global, and you can become rich eventually no doubt, but what I really like on his statement later was this.. "though you can become rich and successful here, it is still who you become when you get there." Having the right attitude, humbleness and a good character still counts for real success.

I guess, this is one of the reason why some people are apprehensive to look at this opportunity, because of the thought that, when you become rich, your attitude or your moral values will be affected. Well, in some people base on my observation it is apparently became true, but not always. On the other hand, with or without money, there still people or person who don't have the ideal values whatsoever level they are in the society. It is true, that this business is selling, whatever other people may say. But I realized, whether you are employee or a salesman by profession, you are still selling. It's either you have decided to sell your skills and time to other people, or own a company, and sell your own products or let other people sell it for you.

In this business you need in summary to remove first your fear and your doubt, have a good attitude, belief in God, in your company and in your products, commitment to your business, be discourage sometimes, an essential element for you to learn and excitement or energy to move further. As I look at this matters needed to succeed, I realized these are the same concepts or principles I would need to learn to succeed in life or in any career choosen, but what makes the difference is, business is business and it gains profits, employees earn wages. Wages makes you a living, but profits makes you a fortune.

In reality, it's easy to earn money from being employee, it's a good start to gain experience as it did to me. Staying there and depend on it for the rest of your life, will never make you a fortune. If you don't believe me, compute your salary being employee for 40 years from now to know how much you will gain.

On the other side, having a business isn't easy at all, and it's quite risky though in fact job is much more riskier if you are going to analyze it. Owning your own business promise you a fortune if you manage it well, because you are open to an unlimitted profit.

The good thing about it is that you have a choice. You can go either way or both if you can.

I had a dream the other night. I wish it won't come true, but It alarms me, and gave me more compelling reasons to pursue. It goes like this..

In my dream, I saw myself sleeping until something woke me up to caught my attention on the news. I saw myself looking at something like a big TV screen, flashing a news about the epedimic virus or disease that spreads around London, and it's very fast spreading and very contagious. I saw dead bodies on the street and people are running from here and there on a panic motion, it's like having an ambush or war. I saw an old lady who is known to me and she told me what is happening, but that old lady is talking to me in front of that big screen. She told me, many people are dying. I suddenly realize, my mom is in London too, and that is true in real life. I've heard in the news that rich people, were not affected by the virus because they were able to get the vaccines or solutions to save their lives, and unfortunately, ordinary people cannot. I'm anxious to know about my mom and I feel in a hurry that time, so I look for someone around me to ask more about the news, for I want to know the list of the name of the people who are affected. In the TV screen, they flash some list of names of people who died. I didn't saw the name of my mom on there. I run at my back and while running forward I saw my brother, but he doesn't look like my brother he is more look like me in appearance. He is crying, weary, he bend his knees and sit on the floor. He hand me an album of pictures opened but it seems that things in this photo album are moving like a TV screen, and in that album, I saw a small list of various names including there is the name of my mom attached with a photo of a dead body of her, lying on the floor her head facing the ground and her back on the top, arms wide open. I woke up suddenly and it's morning already. I believe my dreams happen in the morning and it's very short.

After having this dream that morning, I realize two important things I need to look out and work out in my life. First I need to communicate with my mom again. Second, I should start sharing the same opportunity I had in AIM Global to help others specially my loveones. Only then I realize how important it is to think about the health, because remember the dream is about a disease, a virus. I remember the prediction about the booming of health industry in the world and it's happening rightnow. It has something to do with what is coming ahead of us. Many diseases will appear that could kill millions of people. If we are not ready and concious about our health, chances are we will be the one who will get affected. Another thing is, if we do not care to manage our wealth rightnow, we will soon get discriminated too. I guess there will be two major problem that would affect most of people in the coming years. The virus that could kill peoples health, and the pocket disease that keep millions of people starving to death.

Again, this is just my dream, that seems to me a revelation. Come enter to the world of good health, start making wealth and start saving other people's lives, only at Alliance In Motion Global Inc.

*The pocket disease is just a term I use to mean, having no or just enough money.

Just a few days ago, another AIM Global distributor here in Palawan was able to buy his very first Car. While looking at those peoples results, a thought comes to my mind. If I haven't meet AIM Global, will I be able to achieve the same kind of fulfillment if I choose to continue wasting my time with my previous work? If I haven't decided to even try to risk a small amount of money to   invest on it, what am I be today? Will I still have time to pursue my passions, time to spend for other things, things which I love doing, if I'm a government employee working 8 hours a day 5 days a week, who is eager to receive my small salary every end of the month? What could be the future for me? Yes, an old man, who's been employed for 30 years with no remarkable achievements in life, just like countless others who already been there - was trapped in a Rat Race.

 It is true, that my previous job is neither hard nor easy, but everybody does not like to complain, and so do I, but I only realized one thing - it is not good enough for me to wake even the smallest of my dreams. I will rather take the advantage of risking than not risking at all if it makes more sense, and every business partners I've met here in Alliance In Motion Global who became very successful does the same thing.

Almost 9 months ago, it is one of the biggest decision I've made so far in my entire life. It's not an easy shift neither an easy decision; from full time employee to a full time manager. I struggled financially, but I never quit, nor find my way of going back; In fact, I am enjoying the challenges and I am continue being challenge! However there's one thing I was able to prove - I survived!

Last Month, and before this month's end, I was able to earn a small amount of money, just enough to buy me a pair of new shoe, a few shirts and jeans, a new belt, a new sandal, a wax for my hair and 2 box of C24/7 and a box of Choleduz as an investment for myself and my health. Yes it's just a small amount of money, bought these small things but I felt very rewarded and happy and excited knowing that I begin to start earning, realizing that my income varies and not fixed in these business makes me even more excited of my future in AIM Global, for I am very sure one day, I will buy my first Modern house and lot, my latest Red Mustang, my black Gibson SG, my Gretch Drum Set, my MacBook Pro, my iPhone 5, my Yatch and a twelve months travel around the world with my friends and love ones taking pictures here and there and a lot more, not to mention them all here. In short, everything I could dream of. You might think it is impossible for me to achieve, and I am dreaming so much or I am getting crazy. But the questions is, is that impossible or achievable? Yes I am a dreamer, and that makes the difference - I dream big and I have found a better way to get it while others are not dreaming at all and haven't found a way yet to get it even if they dream. You can get it too, when all you have to do is dream and find a way to get that dreams. Don't let opportunity pass you by, by conquering the doubts. Find yourself an opportunity!

Do you have passion? When I say passion, what I mean is doing something you really love to do. Something that you can do for the society without expecting to be paid in return. Something that you really good at. Something that you can do not merely for money alone, but purely for self satisfaction. It's very hard to find in oneself, and only few artist understand the true meaning of this, because you are too busy working for money instead of making it.

It is very easy to notice the passion in the life of a few very successful personality and distinguish figures in our history. It's quite obvious of course that this people are not only successful in their chosen carers but also successful financially by following the very first simple formula to consider to success "follow your passion and focus".

Without further ado, here are some of my favorite personalities that have made their way to success..

Bill Gates
In case you do not know, Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft. Microsoft is the most widely use operating system for personal computers dominating the world of software's. What do you think drive Mr. Bill Gates to become very successful? Do you think it's money alone? I'm sure he failed many times in his first few attempts but he never gives up. How can he give easily on something he loves doing. Guess what, we better ask him, but need not, because its very clear, he start it right from the very beginning by simply following his pure passion. He could choose to teach in Harvard, but he choose to invent instead and became an artist on his own world and I became one of his fans and audience.

Steve Jobs
When it comes to aesthetic personal computer and softwares, I like to consider Apple computers. Steve Jobs stand out and made his own identity no matter how hard the competition is, he simply followed and pursue his passion. Now that he is gone, his legacy remain. I'm sure he do it not for money, but whatever he do, wherever he go, money may follow him.

Mark Zuckerberg
The guy who invented the facebook. Do you know that he is now one of the youngest billionaire in the world? Well, just in case you do not know, though I know you know.:) and if you don't you better check him out in wikipedia or visit his own website; www.facebook.com/zuck. His history is not quite interesting to me, but what make me curious about is how did he done it? Again, if you took the common denominator, it boils down to the same passion. It is mentioned on the movie Social Network that to him, passion never stops and never ends..

Only then I clearly understand how important it is to first know your inner passion and then follow it. But it is not an easy shift.. You have to give up something to be able to pursue and focus on it. Besides, doing your passion for sure is not a work at all but a joy.

Final words: Find your passion, Follow it and market it too.

Last Thursday (February 02, 2012) in our regular Opportunity Plan Presentation in our office; our speaker talk about the power of multiplication of your time through others in the aid of networking. He explained that, no matter how hard you work, if you do it alone and does not use a proven system, you cannot achieve financial success. He takes this as an example. Everybody has 24 hours a day, and is capable of working from 8 to 12 hours. It's merely impossible for someone to work 24 hrs. a day. To be able to gain financial success is by multiplying your time and effort through others. It's not just the financial success is the result, but also, time freedom will also be possible for someone who have multiplied his time through others. 

The best living example of this is the owner of business store. A business owner of that store cannot solely done everything in his store by himself, so he better of hiring a teller or cashier, an attendant, a utility person and so on and so forth. He cannot do all the things merely by himself. This concept is known otherwise as time leveraging. You multiply your time through others. Besides, an owner is not skilled at all fields. However, an owner should know how to manage and handle people, but the mere fact that he has multiplied himself, he also have multiplied his time and be able to be more productive than by himself alone.

In network marketing business, the same principle is applied. You cannot gain success in network marketing alone. You have to have a network or group that duplicates itself for you to really become successful. Network marketing is not like a traditional business, or job, nor is it a job at all. It is in fact a business on its own right. Actually, Mr. Robert Kiyosaki likes to call it the business of "the 21st century" and "the business for those who loves helping people".

Despite the fact that network marketing gained negative impressions to many, to some it is a definite blessing for their lives. We have seen many people achieved financial success and time freedom applying the same principle. They have realized things they could have imagined to be impossible. Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and few others believe that network marketing will become the dominating business and will soon gain the respect in the next coming years and forward. In the advance of technology today, distance is no more an issue in reaching your potential audience. Webinars are now just a common medium used to conduct a seminar online.

As of now, more and more industries embrace the network marketing concepts. To name a few are the industry of food supplements, beverages, health & wellness products, beauty products, garments and clothing’s, electronic loads, websites referrals, and a lot more, even in services like in hotel referrals.

Joining a network marketing company just to pour additional income in your pocket is no longer common, because someone will join a network marketing company today not just to gain extra income, but to actually gain extra ordinary massive income and quality time for their selves and love ones.

I have search some major Linux Distro's lately and have tried some, such as Ubuntu, Fedora and Debian. I learned it from www.distrowatch.com. I maybe new to Linux, but I see the big differences from Commercial to Free type of softwares such as these operating system. I cannot conclude that the commercial are better which I do think, but in fairness with the freesource community, It has an advantage too in trying non-commercial products.

I have enjoyed my time with Ubuntu. I am challenge quite a bit with Fedora and wondered with Debian. Currently, I am interested in Slackware and astonished base on the reviews I have read.

So far, among the three distro's I have tried, Debian scores high to me, but I have to admit I am not  satisfied with it. It has so little difference with Ubuntu, somehow, Ubuntu is a debian based (forked from) system. To mention others, I have taste a bit of Slackware through SLAX, and I tell you, I am very pleased on SLAX. It's so fast (SLAX boot-able cd only). With these pre-analysis, I guess, my coming experience with Slackware after download would be great!

I am curious with Gentoo (I already have it, but not yet tested). I am confident with BSD(OpenBSD) that it can knockout all linux in performance and security(again, I already have the OpenBSD in my collections but haven't tried it yet). I saw Zorin trying hard to please Windows users. Try it too and see for your self. www.zorin-os.webs.com

Along the way, I cross with GRUB bootloader. With the few research and tweaks on my hard disk, I was able to partition my disk and set a dedicated partition for GRUB bootloader alone. It's an advance idea actually, because you can use GRUB without putting it on a dedicated partition. But then this means, that I have a universal bootloader, independent with O.S. (as long as GRUB can support). With this experience, I was able to resize, and move partitions, without worry, without damaging my Windows 7 O.S. installed. The only thing I usually touch is the MBR(Master Boot Record) due to the needs to place the GRUB. This could affect of course the booting process of any O.S. installed in my hard disk specially my Windows 7, so from time to time, I fix the MBR to be able to boot with my Windows 7, and Hirens Boot CD is a great companion to fix almost everything (but not in all cases). At the moment, I am excited to see what Slackware is doing to be different among others, and BSD for sure is going to be a great experience!

Tips:
> Partition your hard drive into at least 4 partition. This is to prepare your disk for Multi-Boot O.S.
> Place your bootloader (e.g. GRUB) on the first partition. Note that you do not need big partition for your bootloader. 50Mb is more than enough.
